Please Note:  Substitute Teacher Requirement (per Michigan law):  Anyone working in a K-12 setting must pass a fingerprinting criminal history background check.  Also required, the submission of official undergraduate transcript from a four year accredited college or university showing 90+ semester credit hours and a minimum of a 2.0 G.P.A.

Student of the Month


 

Congratulations Adysen Koenigsknecht on being selected as Fowler High School's Student of the Month for February 2021.

Adysen is a senior at FHS. She is involved in LINKS, Student Council, National Honor Society, Renaissance, and is on the Honor Roll.  She has also been on the LCC President’s List for both junior and senior school years.

When asked who her most influential staff member is Adysen replied, “Mrs. Karns, she can make anyone around her smile and lights up every room she walks into.”  

After high school, Adysen is planning to attend the Lansing Community College Dental Hygiene program.

Fowler High School Will No Longer Offer Driver Education.

We are sorry to announce that Fowler High School will no longer offer the Michigan Department of State Driver Education Program. Instructors Mike Spicer and Eric Buhr would like to thank the students that they had the pleasure to teach and parents who put their trust in them to help our community have knowledgeable, responsible and safe drivers on the road. Alternatives to our program can be found in Middleton (contact KTZ Driving School, (989) 330-5157,   Attn: Todd Walden) and in St. Johns (contact  Knox Driving School, LLC, (517) 332-0022, knoxdrivingschoolllc.com)

 

 

Juniors: Your meeting scheduled for today with Mr. Hufnagel has been rescheduled for the beginning of 4th hr on Monday.

Sophomores: Please meet with Mr. Hufnagel at 12:30 today in the gym for a scheduling meeting.

Just a reminder there is no eating in the hallway.  Eating is only allowed in the cafeteria and gym.  

Seniors please check your emails for information on pictures for a page in the yearbook. It is for the “Where we are going” page. The Yearbook staff would appreciate it if you would add information to your page.

There will be a boys track meeting today at 11:45 in Mr. Ernst room.  

Attn 9th-11th grade VB players: Please sign up for volleyball skill sessions for Saturdays in March. The sign up is on the table outside the office.

There is a golf meeting today at lunch in Mr. Kleimola’s room.
