Student of the Month

Congratulations Olivia Thelen on being selected as Fowler High School’s Student of the Month for February 2026.

Olivia was selected by her teachers for being very polite, hardworking, and caring. She is an excellent peer model and is always going out of her way to have conversations with students. Another teacher said Olivia is inspiring to younger students, breaking down the barriers of class status.

Olivia is the President of the LINKS Club, National Honor Society, and member of Renaissance. She is also a member of the Cross Country team and has received an Academic All State Award and Coaches Award. As a member of the Track and Field team, Olivia has helped her team earn two State Championship titles. She is also part of the Marching Band and Concert Band.

When asked who her most influential staff member is, Olivia replied, “Mrs. Feldpausch because she helped me to notice and appreciate the small things in life. She is always very supportive, patient, and kind to everyone around her.”

Olivia is looking forward to attending Central Michigan University to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.

Congratulations Olivia!
