Student of the Month

Congratulations to Olivia Feldpausch on being selected as Fowler High School’s Student of the Month for May 2024.
Olivia was selected by her teachers for going out of her way to be helpful to others, being kind, hardworking, and often going above and beyond the basic expectations to submit quality work. Olivia participates in Volleyball, Yearbook, NHS, SADD, Quiz Bowl, and as a LINKS volunteer. Her accomplishments include being an NHS member, Renaissance member, Editor in Chief of the ‘24 Yearbook, SAAD President, and receiving the Volleyball everything award.
When asked who is her most influential staff member, Olivia replied, “A lot of the staff at FHS have taught me a lot of things. Mowry taught me how to be sarcastic and fun while still understanding the material. Mrs. Lewis taught me patience, Mrs. Klamer taught kindness, Mr. Buhr taught passion, Mr. Wilson taught perseverance, Mrs. Stark taught expressiveness, and Ms. Fox taught me how to relax. So everyone has had an impact on me. They don’t just teach subjects, they teach passion.
Olivia plans on attending GVSU to major in Accounting with a minor in Studio Art. During her time at Grand Valley, Olivia hopes to find an internship.
Congratulations Olivia!
