School Renaissance

Renaissance is a nationally recognized program that was introduced at Fowler High School by Clinton County RESA.  All county schools have adopted the Renaissance program to be used in their prospective high schools.

The Renaissance program at Fowler High School has been organized and run by a committee of parent volunteers.  It has been in existence since 1994.  Funding is generated entirely by donations from businesses, organizations and individuals.

Renaissance is a program that rewards students for academic achievement.  Students must earn a 3.0 GPA or raise their grade point average by .5 per semester.  Some of the Renaissance sponsored activities include the Kickoff Breakfast, the freshmen ice cream social, Work on Those Grades (WOTG) challenge, exam treats, staff luncheon, holiday showcase, and Four Year Renaissance awards just to name a few.

Fowler High School has always been fortunate to have high achieving students and strong community involvement to enable us to manage a very successful program.  Our students are privileged and honored to have such great community support.

The Renaissance program is open to all high school students.
